There are no monthly plans and no paywalls. You only pay 10% + $0.50 per paid ticket you sell. Everything else is free.

Are the tools really free?

Yes. Every tool in the platform — door sales, promoters, photography, marketing, team roles — is open to everyone with no paywall.

Are there fees for free events?

No. Free tickets are completely free. The 10% + $0.50 fee only applies to paid tickets.

Who pays the ticket fee?

You choose. You can absorb the fee or pass it on to your attendees at checkout.

Do I need to be approved to sell paid tickets?

Yes. To sell paid tickets you'll need to be approved for payment processing. Free events and all of the platform's tools are available to everyone right away.

How do payouts work?

Payments are processed through Stripe and paid out directly to your connected account on Stripe's standard schedule.
